1. We loved Heritage cruise. Michael is awesome (as well as the rest of the staff) and makes the experience effortless and memorable. The cabins were new and comfortable.We booked online with Michael for the package of 3 days + nights from June 18th to June 20th 2010 . My wife and I, with our 18 months old daughter joined tour with 15 guests more. .The tour was very well organised with a wonderful tour guide who was full of useful and interesting information.

2.Halong Heritage Cruise provide excellent customer service. Ms Thai Ha is very very friendly, helpful, considerate and full of passion. We arrived Hanoi with no preparation of winter clothing. She immediately offered her scarf to my daughter. And Michael, the Manager offered us a sweater for my daughter too. He also loan his wind breaker to my husband knowing the Halong Bay is going to be cold. They are so warmth, so compassionate. They made us feel at home with their hospitality. Hi all travellers, this is definitely the right agency to look for if you want to have a marvelous cruise in Halong Bay. The food, room, tour guide are all fanastic and marvellous. Our trips is fun and enjoyable.

3. Our Heritage cruise was a lovely 3 day, 2 night tour to Ha Long Bay on the Heritage boat The boat has 10 two-berth cabins, so is limited to a max of 20 guests, which we thought was ideal. My Traveling companion and I had a wonderful time and were very happy with the whole tour. It was fantastic value for money. Mr Dek406 from Melbourne.
